Use the Peer Observation pages in the ENVoY book to track your progress. Once you’ve earned all seven badges, you’re ready to take the next step.

Achieve the Art of ENVoY:

The Art level is where skill meets flexibility. After earning your black-and-white badges, progress to the colored badges, awarded when you apply your skills seamlessly in different situations. Transition from knowing the “Always & Never” rules to mastering the “It Depends” nuances. For example, can you effectively use Freeze Body mid-lesson? Show your ENVoY skills at the habit level, with peer observation or video reviews, to earn these coveted badges.

Implement ENVoY School-Wide:

Are you part of a school that has completed ENVoY training? Support your team with weekly challenges, focusing on one Gem at a time. Use staff meetings or PLCs to review progress, share insights, and grow together.
