“Office Hours” Coaching with Michael Grinder

How it works

• You choose your group members.
  Unlike other group coaching programs, you are encouraged to choose your group members (the minimum group size is three, and the maximum group size is 10.) That way, you know everyone in your group, and your group can work on common goals.
• Enjoy group and  1:1 coaching.
  Yes, you can have it all – group coaching and one-on-one sessions with Michael. Your group receives two, one-hour coaching sessions with Michael a month for three months.  Plus, everyone in your group receives one, 30-minute coaching session with Michael every quarter. It’s the perfect mix of group time + individual help!
• Your communication stays confidential.
  Your group will receive access to a cohort-only confidential forum, where you could share information and support. The forum can also where you would decide on the group coaching topic that you’d like to discuss with Michael. Ideally, your cohort would email topics/questions to Michael one week before your session so that he is prepared.
• Want to be assigned to a group? No problem!
  Yes, we can randomly assign people to your group cohort. We’ll notify you when your group has reached the minimum size.
