Managing Groups: The Fast Track
Most of us are overtrained in one-on-one communication and think that a group is made up of individuals. The temptation is to try and establish working relationships with individuals with the strategy of having a collective working relationship with the entire group.

As a culture, it vibrates and changes from being functional to healthy to temporary dysfunctional and, in some regrettable occasions, chronically dysfunctional. How we provide leadership for each of those four types of groups is the focus of this training.
